Terminal Objective	Learn the initial management of shock according to the stages and classification.
Learning Outcomes	Learn the general concepts associated with shock states, including physiologic response to shock, and shock progression. Learn to Assess a patient who may be experiencing signs of shock. Learn to attend competency in collaborative management of the patient experiencing shock based on interventions that optimize oxygen delivery and reduce oxygen consumption. Understand the use of pharmacotherapy in the management of shock states. Learn cardiogenic, hypovolemic shock, obstructive, distributive shock including pathophysiology, clinical manifestations, diagnosis, and management.
